5 Great Tips: How to Stay Fit and Lose Weight

Staying fit is by far one of the smartest things to do, even if it is sometimes hard. It comes with tons of benefits, like having a healthier body, looking better, being happier, feeling stronger, among many other.

Getting started, may be the hardest part of it, but once you have finally set yourself on track to a better body, the rest is a piece of cake.

Here I will give you some great ways to stay fit, and lose weight in the way to a better life.

1. Motivation is everything.

This might be the hardest part for some. But let me ask you, Have you ever wished having that magazine body? Who hasn't, right?

It is time now for you to start training hard to achieve your desired results. Go paste a picture of that body you want to have on the mirror of your bathroom, or somewhere you will see every morning. Or the picture of that person you want to charm by looking better. Go write a good reason for yourself to stay fit, and feel guilty whenever you are not completing your goals.

Once you feel this rush inside of you, more than half of the work is done. And if you feel you are losing it, then go and grab your reasons and put them in front of you for an hour.

A great way I have used to motivate myself, is to take a BEFORE picture, and watch my body change after a month of hard work. If you ever start losing motivation, go watch your old body and see how things have worked out for you!

2. Change Your Diet!

Enough with the dirt food. That garbage is only giving you tons and tons of calories and carbs that are stored in your belly every day that goes by. Change your habit and instead try something healthy everyday and enjoy how it will help you stay fit and healthier. Convince yourself, since this is one of the most important parts of losing weight.

You might also want to lower the amount of food you eat, but eat 5 or 6 times a day. This will speed up your metabolism, and will cause you to burn fat even when you are not doing anything.

3. Cardio.

People who desire to lose fat and go for weight training, are in a big mistake. Of course, weight lifting speeds up your metabolism, but its not just enough! Mid-High intensity cardio, will work charms for you!

And what's best, this is the most enjoyable part of it all. You can try any sport or activity you wish, like running, swimming, bicycle riding, playing basketball, or any other thing that comes to your mind.

The thing here is: Always eat something within 30 minutes after exercise, like a fruit or a sandwich, so your muscles can recover from it, and the fat will be burnt.

The secret here is to combine this with a good diet.

4. Rest.

Resting properly is another HUGE part of losing weight. If you do not rest enough, your body will not work properly, and you might not be losing any fat at all.

Sleep enough time every night, Rest enough days your muscles if you lift weight, and do not push yourself too hard during cardio. Just give your body enough time to recover from activity!

5. Be Patient.

It takes a day to start feeling better. It takes 2 days to start feeling happier and more positive. it takes a week to start feeling an improvement in your strength and lungs. it takes 2 weeks to watch your endurance grow amazingly, and it takes a month to start seeing results in your clothes.

The nice thing about losing weight this way, is that you will also notice your body will start getting firm and skinnier, and also strong and will get you great definition.

Just be a little patient. After all, one month is not a lot of time, and if you keep on for 2 or 3, you will not only have a habit already, but you will see GREAT results in your body

5 Great Tips: How to Look Better

Anyone loves an attractive person. Vanity is our favorite sin. Some might say it does not really matter a lot how we look, but deep inside (and sometimes not so deep inside) we all care, and a lot, about it. It is also a really important factor for success, since all the time we want to cause a good impression, and looking well and tidy, will be 90% of this.

Get yourself an improvement, it will make you feel better and it will be like you suddenly gained a bit more of luck in your life:

1. Take Care of Your Hair and Nails.

Always trim your nails, Please. For most of women, nails are not a problem, since they are always taking care of their hands.

Hair is in most of the times the most important factor on how someone looks. Women can hold up their hair and still look great, or men can have long hair and look formal. The trick here is just to get the right products on your hair, and spend a little bit more to get a good stylist for a better haircut. Protect it from the sun, clean it, apply treatments, moist it, avoid using tight hats. Amazing results can be achieved with few effort!

2. Smell Good!

This is other of the most important things you can do to boost your looks. Tell me who does not love being next to someone who has a really nice scent? Get yourself a nice different perfume each time you run out of it. Always smell great, use deodorants for both body and feet, also use aftershave lotions (men), and soon you will see people behind your aroma like bees to flowers!

3. Exercise.

First of all, this comes with 102097097 million other benefits, and I think everyone should exercise often. There is nothing else to say. It will make you happier, healthier, give you more energy, make you look better, along with many other benefits.

4. Wear Nice Clothes.

I am not saying you should go spend a million dollars at the mall or anything like that. I am saying you should wear nice color combinations that fit you, clean clothes, ironed if possible, and have a lot to chose from, anyone can get a nice wardrobe with any amount of money. Nothing will talk better of you than being worried about what you wear and how you do it.

5. Take Care of your Skin!

The best way to take care of your skin (both face and body), is basically having a good diet, using uv protection every day, and keeping your face clean, moisturized, and a nice shave or styled beard (men), and avoid touching your face with your hands since it will make it dirty and sometimes hurt it. Having a great skin will give your look a BIG improvement, and will make you look great when you are older!

5 Great Tips: How to Wake up Early

Let's admit it. You have a problem. You can not get off bed early enough, and you end up rushing because you are lacking time. The main reason for waking up early being so hard, is that your rest is not good enough, causing you to want 5 more minutes of bed every morning.

Here are some tips for you to start resting a little bit more, and waking up early to have a nice breakfast every morning.

1. Use Comfortable Clothes.
Most of women do wear comfy clothes for sleeping, but most men just use underwear. An important factor to rest, is being comfortable at night, and we can achieve that by having some nice clothes on. So go get yourself a pair of pijamas!

2. If you are a smoker, Do Not Smoke Before Bed.
Smoking before bed will dramatically reduce your rest level and cause you to have trouble waking up next morning, and will also cause you to be tired during the next day. Try not smoking at least 1 or 2 hours before sleeping!

3. Get a Good Bed.
This will not only amazingly improve your rest and back, it will also be easier to stand up every morning since you wont wake up sore, but fresh instead.

4. Use Snooze Alarm.
Have you ever said "5 more minutes"? Well, we can get a taste of a little bit more of rest if we use a snooze option in our alarm. Just set it a few minutes before the time you actually want to stand from bed. Snooze 2 or 3 times if necessary.

5. Most importantly, Get Enough Sleep.
Maybe not 10 or 8 hours, because let's face it, Who does that? But try at least getting 6 hours of sleep everyday and, if you can, give yourself 8 hours of sleep one or another day a week. This will not only make you feel better, but actually LOOK better. More slim and nicer eyes, nicer skin, and you will also have a smarter brain.

Gift your body a better rest every day, and it will gift you back more time every morning, and will also look and feel better. These are NOT hard 5 tips to follow if you set your mind to it, and will help you feel at your best everyday!
